Bala Vikasa is pleased to organize Two week Capacity Building Program with Field Exposure in “Community Driven Development” from 24 July to 5 August, 2017.
Bala Vikasa,an innovative, secular and a professional Community Development organization working in 5 states of South India since 40 years. Bala Vikasa reaches 6000 villages every year impacting more than 5 million people through different community programs in varied sectors. The core methodologies and sustainable practices adapted by Bala Vikasa leaves enormous and community owned sustainable result. Thus bLa avikasa is now well known as Sustainable Community Development Model” in India.
Bala Vikasa shares 40 years of experience through its Bala Vikasa People Development Training Center (PDTC), by designing training program. Development professionals, bureaucrats, community leaders, activists and development students across the globe from 60 countries have participated in PDTC training's, enlightened their development knowledge to replicate the learning’s and create sustainable models back in their communities.
The field exposure visits inspire and build confidence among the participants. The reality situations make them feel connected, relevant and replicate in their ground back home to achieve sustainable results.
The core methodologies and development strategies used at Bala Vikasa at an individual, community and organizational level form a crucial base for the CDD training program.

The maximum intake number for the training program is only 25. Hence we request you to confirm your participation at the earliest by sending your application form which is attached to this email.
